District of single-family houses OSADA KAZIMIERZA has been built for people who dream of a house of their own located in a small and intimate estate situated in a peaceful and quiet part of the city.
Situated in Rumia on the outskirts of the town, at the intersection of Kazimierska Street and Klonowa Street, close to the major routes and public transport network, it is surrounded by green areas and low single-family buildings. There is a school, a kindergarten and a church located in close vicinity of the estate.
Residential complex
OSADA KAZIMIERZA is a small residential complex consisting of a few segments of terraced houses and semi detached houses as well as two detached houses. In total, there are 44 single-family houses whose areas range from 162 to 194 m². The houses have been erected on plots whose areas range from 180 to 460 m². Each house has a single garage and a drive which can be used as an extra parking space. In the interests of the safety of its inhabitants the estate is to be fenced (having completed the whole investment) and prepared for monitoring installation.
The estate is being built and commissioned in seven stages.
