Apartments in Gdańsk
KROKUSOWE HOUSING ESTATE is being built in the district of Łostowice Południowe in Gdańsk. It comprises five four-storey (ground floor and three floors) buildings located favourably towards the cardinal points. The buildings house in total 186 single, two and three room apartments whose areas range from 30 to 65 m². It is possible to combine two adjacent apartments creating four-room ones with interesting arrangements and areas of 73 or 92 m². Some apartments, situated on the top floors of the buildings, have non-usable attics. All the apartments are equipped with spacious balconies that have been especially designed to offer a possibility of creating cosy relaxation and recreation spots.
Infrastructure
The street furniture introduced in the surroundings of the five buildings comprises, most of all, around 180 parking spaces, a children’s playground, small recreation spots as well as walking paths. Besides the numerous outdoor parking spaces individual garages located in the buildings’ basements have also been planned. There is a school situated in the nearest surroundings.
